This 120W electric assist scooter is activated using a foot pad acceleration that kicks in with the safe start function once moving. I think after seeing your feedback that you may have thought that you just press the foot pad with out being in motion. I did message you to ask why you state its not working as it is perfect even a member of my team had a ride and it carried a adults weight. A refund for the scooter has been sent.
