First negative feedback I've needed to leave in over a decade. Seller must have missed the memo that TurboTax updated their ToS that links the license code to a single account. Regardless item was listed as open box "unregistered", but the "license code has already been associated with an account" per Intuit. I'd like to give the benefit of doubt that they are a reseller and didn't know but they are not offering a refund. Unregistered means unregistered, item not as described in listing.
