Total sham of a company! Contacted them when my item was not delivered by the due date only to be told that I should track it down with the courier. When I refused I was then asked to wait another 2 days for them to contact the courier. As it was already 4 days over expected delivery and 10 days since I ordered off them I refused and requested a refund. Hopefully I will receive this unlike the dog bed.
