I went to eBay community for help when I received delivery notifications but no packages. They said it's a “fake tracking scam.” Sellers deliberately send packages to wrong addresses - businesses where someone receives packages. The driver doesn’t need to take a photo and the seller will get proof of delivery. I told the seller that I knew how the scam worked and that I would report him unless he refunded my money. He said it was a misunderstanding and refunded my money. I was lucky this time.

We process refunds for the missing items. Customer was negative even though he received his money back. We have worked on eBay since 2013. It happened that the packages were lost or damaged in transit. But we take full responsibility for it.
