This was such a good price and it was listed as new in an open box so I figured it was going to be a returned item which I'm fine with for the price I paid. However, it did not come with the owners manual and you can here water inside the pump when you move it. I'm hoping that it was because they just tried it out in water before returning it. Giving it a 4 because of the missing manual, it should have been stated in the info details, and the water left inside the pump.

Update to May 25, 2024 feedback for Everbilt Utility Pump which arrived damaged due to mishandling by the shipping provider. After submitting a return request, Anwar at BMart and Services quickly responded with options to handle the issue. I opted for shipping a replacement and Anwar quickly responded and shipped another pump with extra package protection. Anwar proved is commitment to customer satisfaction which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend BMart and Services!
