Printer seems to be working in good order, good bright prints, shipped from overseas even though it says shipping from uk on listing. But really not impressed that 2 weeks after delivery to receive a duty tax invoice from FedEx saying I owe £49.95 import tax. Would not have ordered from this seller having known the extra cost that was coming my way, as can be bought cheaper online from elsewhere when you add the import tax to the original cost of the printer. Bear in mind the extra shipping cost

Just the right printer for our requirements. Very pleased. Seller came up in the UK only search results so I was surprised that it was shipped from overseas and even more surprised to receive emails / texts about owing import duty / VAT! Seller has assured me that nothing is due but has not provided proof.
