Seller sent my book with a completely different cover from the one advertised—which arrived slightly damaged from being sent in a flimsy plastic bag— I had to then explain to them how the picture of the book for sale, should be the book the buyer receives; that is the book they ordered and are expecting. The seller arranged a return, but after receiving the book back, made me wait for a long time, and send them several messages without reply, before eventually refunding me. Poor, unprofessional.

Wrong item sent. Seller was more worried about getting the item back, which was incidentally damaged in poor packaging anyway. Seller failed to provide a return label but I did get my money refunded.
