There was a problem with the parcel and it was held up by Canadian Customs. Even though I am pretty sure it was due to poor service from Customs, the seller reached out to me on a regular basis to check the status and offered to send a replacement parcel. Communication was excellent and the seller did all they could to ensure I received my parcel eventually. Thank you very much. Although the parcel took a long time it wasn't his fault so I am giving shipping time five stars as well.
