Order number 19-11542-50115; as of May 22, 2024, I have not received the item. Estimated delivery was Wed, May 15 - Mon, May 20. I placed this order and you received the payment from PayPal immediately on May 10; and it still has not been shipped according to the order details. What is happening here? I would expect that if there were any delays, the seller would have notified me of the pending delivery. No contact has been made to me by the seller at all.
