The seller is not being honest about the condition about this item, it said "new without tag" on seller's description, but the item is not only missing the tiny plate attached on the waist part of the skirt ( the Free People website shows that it supposed to have a "FP ONE" plate), but also it has significant signs of being worn and washed as the inside label of this dress is twisted and yellowish. The waist part of skirt has tiny holes that no way a skirt that hasn't been washed can show.
