I bought an outdoor table from this seller which was advertised as teak wood. When the item arrived it was not made of wood but some kind of plastic wood imitation. I have requested a return and the seller said to package it and they would arrange a collection and then stopped responding to my messages. The item has not yet been collected and I haven’t had my refund as yet. I can’t get through to the seller.
