I’m disappointed with this purchase. First, it’s a lab created stone according to the jeweler I took it to. It’s heat treated and dyed. The description didn’t mention anything like that. The other thing I didn’t appreciate is that the seller only showed one side of the supposed “ruby”. The other side is completely flat and it looks like it was made in a mold like making a glass brick. I’m very aware of the process because I took jewelry making in college as part of my art degree.
