To my knowledge we didn't see a chip, The customer requested to cx purchase because they used the wrong credit card, also never received any photos of chips. I would have cx'd but id already mailed the item. I offered a full refund I don't want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase. I'm not sure how that is bad business, as of today I have not received the item back and request for refund.
