Item was poorly packed and arrived damaged. Immediately contacted the seller to make them aware. Seller was unaware of how to handle the problem. Needed to check to see what to do. Was very lax in contact. Only responded when I pushed the issue. Have opened a claim with Ebay because after 10 days still no resolution.
