The description says new but when I received the item it was missing the change tray. I called tech support. When I gave them the model and serial numbers they said that it was registered to a Walmart. So not new. Also they said you cannot use without the change tray.
I contacted the seller on 5/22/24 and they said they would send me out a tray the next day. On 5/31/24 I still had not received it so I reached back out and requested the tracking. Still had not sent it…….still waiting

We had a tornado come through our town and the buyer is expecting us to ship something when we do not have power. We notified the buyer that we had an outage in our area and the buyer still left negative feedback.
