Buyer reported item arrived broken but she could not understand how it happened as it was well packed with plenty of packaging - Obviously the couriers had not taken the care with the parcel and I raised a full refund straight away for her and she was happy. Seems a bit unfair to leave me neutral feedback and not add that it was not my fault but the couriers.
