Hard drives arrived with a badly packed box. Three of the disks do not work.

I packed them as well as I could. I'm sorry it was not up to your standards. All drives are tested when they are pulled from their old system. If you have 3 bad ones, then why not just contact me first? I would have gladly send you 3 replacements, though I do not see how 3 of them were bad as I tested them.
