I purchased this laptop, which initially worked. It now has a problem in that the brightness cannot be adjusted from its current dim level - either by windows slider or function keys.
I have tried twice to contact them via EBay mail but they have not responded.
Looking on the internet their website is now not functioning and it appears that they may have gone bust. Do not use them for your own sake
