I'm selling the tapes as memorabilia (especially the sealed ones). MOST will play fine, at least at first. Although not all tapes will need work, many tapes could use new pressure pads; some will need new splicing-tape/sensing-foil; some may need new rollers -- especially ones marked as having an 'Ampex roller' or a 'soft roller'. Occasionally a tape may need other work. Please understand and accept this before buying or bidding on any 8-track tape.”
