First of all we don't just leave negative feedback without contacting the seller in first place, I was very clear that if anything was wrong or not as specified you are entitled to full refund, this is the second time we are dealing with amateurs on ebay ,in my whole time since 2006 I never left someone negative feedback the first time without first contact the sellet and sort out the issue??? I always note that your purchase is 100% guaranteed and I always refund anyone for any issue.

I am amending my feedback because the seller gave me a 100% refund after I left my negative feedback, so he/she is unquestionably an highly honorable and honest person. I am aware that I should have contacted the seller first, but I was so upset after receiving a damaged item that I did not care, because I did not want to waste time pursuing the issue. So I apologize for that, and if I could change my feedback to positive I would. I am going to send back half the refund to the seller.
