the item was covered in a heavy coating of nicotine smoke and voice box is completely shot which wasn't mentioned in the listing I bought this for a friend of mine who's been wanting this since she was seven and I'm kind of disappointed with the seller if this was me I would have offered a full refund so that this person could get this thing repaired I would not buy anything electronic from this seller ever again
