This is an unfair review. Ship item exactly as shown in listing. At no time did the customer inform me that he was not happy with the purchase. He only left a negative review and no desire to seek solutions. When I saw this review I offered to return the item, a partial refund or any other solution that was positive for him and he never responded. A shame about his behavior because the positive experience of our customers is essential for us :)
