I charged an international worldwide tracked postage rate of £12, of which you were aware of BEFORE you made me an offer. Ebay then added the tax to that so the total was £14.28. This tax is required by the customs law and has nothing to do with me. You only queried this AFTER you received the item and then wanted a refund! It is the responsibility of the buyer, before making an overseas purchase, to always check what the total costs will be.
