Marge(Differenzbesteuerschema): Lieferungen in andere EU-Mitgliedstaaten (Mehrwertsteuer-Almanach). Es gibt keinen Fernabsatz. Der Fernabsatz ist gleich null. Die neuen Regelungen zur Mehrwertsteuer innerhalb der EU gelten nicht. Für alle Artikel wird die Differenzbesteuerung nach § 26.3.2. Umsatzsteuergesetz angewandt. Alle meine Ware unterliegt der Differenzbesteuerung. Daher wird die im Kaufpreis enthaltene Mehrwertsteuer in der Rechnung nicht gesondert ausgewiesen.
