Terrible experience. Framed artwork that was poorly packaged and arrived in a thousand shards of glass with no response from MileFilo about a refund he said he'd issue. I sent pictures to UPS as it had insurance and the claim was paid to Mike which did not make it's way to me. He was essentially paid twice... Bad business.
It's been a month and no response from MikeFilo. I gave this shop every chance to respond and issue a refund. I've now filed a claim with ebay to get my money back. Avoid
