Received a different item than what was described. Messaged the seller and received a response within a day (on the weekend). Received a full refund and return shipping was free. Which was positive, but had to rewrap the item and take it to USPS to return. All of my expense was refunded, so the experience was just a waste of time. I would have preferred to receive the item as described. Overall, I would rate the experience somewhere between neutral and positive.
