Shoes don’t fit. Seller bought them from a discount retailer cheaper than I paid for them. He got free shipping and charged me shipping. Quite the con job. Not impressed & shoes don’t fit. I could have ordered them half the price from Sierra myself with free shipping and could return them with free return shipping!

The item is great, that’s not the problem. After I ordered it, it was not received by FedEx for four days. I emailed them and was told that that was normal. After FedEx picked it up they had it for 7 days. 11 days later I finally received my package. Literally for 3 more dollars I could have had it in 2 days from Amazon. Lesson learned, I’ll just order from Amazon next time.
