I've ordered a lot of cards off ebay and this seller was the only one to not send the card in a toploader/cardboard, the card showed up warped and when I messaged the seller all he said was that the card "should be fine" the card was sent in 2 soft sleeves which does not protect the card from being handled/shipped. I then responded the card was warped and they said sorry it won't happen again, no offer for partial refund or anything.
