The listing said the Fitbit was tested/works. The screen doesn't turn on. The order came 5 days later than the deliver by date. I contacted Ebay to have record the order was late. The seller was rude to me about this. After the item was delivered the seller said to remove my "false claim". It wasn't false that the package was late. I understand it was a USPS issue. I like to keep record in case the item never showed. The seller doesn't have good customer service. Would not use this vendor again.

Thank you for returning my Fitbit. You're incorrect, when I charged the Fitbit and synched it concurrently with the App, the device was fully operational, as when I shipped. You're fallacious "Item not received" claim, due to a USPS shipping delay was unethical and your frustration is completely misplaced, further demonstrated by your factually incorrect negative feedback. The entirety of your comportment illustrates your indifference to other people, a lack of patience, and entitled attitude.
