This is a tricky one. The base in which the bottle holder sits was totally cracked down the most with a feeble piece of old sellotape on it. Where the wine bottles are supposed go, the holes are far too small. It was £45. They never said anything. I could of sent it back but truthfully it was rather charming, regardless.
