The console arrived on time and in the condition that was in the description. My only complaint is that the package was not well insulated and the console was probably bouncing around. Luckily it arrived in working condition.

I'm glad the console arrived in good shape and wasn't damaged. I'm not sure I understand your issue with how the console was packed, as you can see I wrapped the console and controller well and added additional padding inside the box. I'm happy to get any direct feedback on how I could improve, but I don't understand what you're complaining about here.
