What we told the customer is exactly the following "To call the manufacturer. We can't diagnose something we've never used. Also maybe search Google for the specific issue. This was new open box. Never installed." I NEVER once stated I was only the reseller of the product nor did I state I was not responsible for the item. BUT I can't also control a new old stock item being defective. The buyer also waited until his return period was over to message us in the first place.
