Item arrived well packaged, unfortunately the hedge trimer blade head would NOT adjust to the open position !!! so making the item useless & not fit for purpose. After explaining to the seller with a "video" we eventually received a return postage note, the item should have been checked over before dispatch as I do not want to spend time & more money repairing the item. Received a full refund then I purchased a brand "new" hedge trimer for less money job done happy days.
