Only a few stitches came loose (could happened from previous customers try on when in store), the dress was not altered at all - the fit and everything else was perfectly in original condition. We nicely offered you to return it for FULL REFUND, we wanted to make you happy...... Don't understand why you wanted to keep it and left a negative feedback which was not true (never altered).....
