Any change of mind returns will have the original delivery cost deducted from their refund. £4 for Royal Mail, £7 for Courier and £55 for pallet items. Buyer pays to return the item in all instances of change of mind and buyer remorse.
 
Customers in the highlands or outer islands of the United Kingdom will incur an additional postage charge for large/heavy items due to couriers surcharge.
