There was a bit of a delivery issue as signature was required. I work so couldn't be home to sign for the delivery. The package went back and forth from my house to the post office over many days despite my signing the postal slip for delivery as well as going online to the post office to request redelivery. I finally got the package but it was a nightmare to get it, not the seller's fault. I should have asked the seller to send without signature required.
