Seller had it up for a set price and bid, I wonder the item and paid the same day. The next day a tracking number went out, no movement because the post office is still waiting on the package. I thought nothing of it since people usually just create a label. a week goes by still no movement, I contact customer and no answer, I go on his Feedback page and notices he did not honor two other purchases years ago. My thing is why start as a bid when you know you might not get the price you want?
