I paid immediately after winning the bid but the seller canceled the order without prior notice. I asked why they gave a silly reason.

I was advised by the USPS that this is an address of a reshipper and just one week prior I shipped something to the same address and it was a fraud case. I was advised by ebay the I was allowed to cancel the order under the circumstances. Plus this person was bidding with different names and had ZERO feedback which I have people with under 4 feedbacks BLOCKED. How is he bidding on my items? I advised this buyer that I would not ship to that address in a very polite manner and he kept bidding.
