Item was ok in the photos and when received was Badly Packaged in Cardboard and Broken in about 5 Places then I contacted the seller and was told told if I returned the item ( I paid another £3:65ish Postage) I would Receive a Full Refund + Postage
What I received in Payment was £5 which is near enough quarter of the Payment.
I Messaged the seller “ana-preloved” and still haven’t received an answer or Refund!!

The item (as all of the other breakables I have sold before) has been packaged with care to avoid it breaking in transit. As you haven't started a return request, Ebay have informed me that when the item gets returned and I inspect it I can refund as I see fit and that they have my back in this matter. When I have received the item back, the item had a chunk of wall stuck in it's head, looked stomped on and was missing pieces. I pack items carefully. Check the feedback I have from other buyers.
