The chair was not securely packaged and fell out of the box when unloaded from the couriers van.
The chair is solid ,robust and in need of some tlc. I will have the repairs done professionally as it is an attractive piece of furniture.

This was not delivered by me personally, as you organised your own choice of courier (Shiply) who packed the chair in blankets - the photos you sent me upon delivery, showed the chair exactly as it left us. The description and close up photos on the listing, clearly show the rush seat of the chair in need of attention. The chair was priced accordingly.
