    Very well packed in a crate on a mini pallet. Had been tipped over in transit. All items inside were disloged took me an hour to refit grate etc as there was no instructions as to how it fitted together. No damage sustained. No instructions as to operation of controls/air vents etc. Over all good product with fast delivery.
