All contact with the seller has been courteous and polite and the items arrived to schedule. However, the photos and specifics detail 10 ties at 60cms long. I got 5 at 60cms, and 5 at 27cms. When I queried this I was sent a screenshot of the description which matched the delivery, 5 long and 5 short. In short, I have accepted a partial refund on terms which suit me, after 6 days of tiresomely exchanging messages in negotiation. I believe the advert to be deliberately misleading.
