The sellee delivered the item to a wrong person in the USA while the buyers lives in the Philippines. Cannot imagine why they never questions/veridfied if this is the buyers inspite of the different in Name and address. According to the seller, they just follow the address. There is a policy by eBay that changes in name/address must be verified before delivery. Very incompetent in the part of the seleer since the value of the item is quiet expensive.
