The exact same thing has happened to me as other buyers. First the delay because Ben says he is on holiday, then the claim that he has dispatched the item by courier followed by cancellation because the courier has damaged it in transit. Then, low and behold, he lists the exact-same item again. I checked and double-checked with him and he was always reassuring. Take a look at the other feedback. Money refunded but a huge inconvenience and several days later my money is still tied up with Ebay.

My experience has been exactly the same as some other reviews. Unfortunately I received a message on the morning of delivery stating the order was damaged and would not be fulfilled. Yes money returned immediately which was acceptable and the day off I took from work to receive the delivery I used to source and collect a replacement. Takeaway for other purchasers would be reliability and ensuring a quick turnaround on purchase.

Things started off great, although the seller said they were on holiday and wouldn't be able to send until about 10 days after my purchase. Came to arranging delivery and was organised to be delivered 6 days later. Came to delivery day, nothing arrived. Contacted the seller the next day, apparently the rower was damaged during transit and order was cancelled. The seller did give an immediate refund, just turned into a long wait for no product.
