    They sold me a crumbly 100-year-old balsa wood product. Then they have the audacity to complain that I put out a warning to the general public. They didn t even offer a refund, and/or apologize. Well, if you send out an inferior product, expect bad reviews.

    Before you leave a negative feedback you should have 1. Asked for a refund if your not satisfied with the product. 2. Send a photo to show what the issue is. 3. If the seller doesn't respond then you have the right to leave negative feedback. You never attempted steps 1 and 2. All you did was leave negative feedback. My products are not made of Balsa wood and the are not 100 years old. I have always helped my customers and have never had an issue until now. Send me a photo. Gary.

    You say before I leave a feedback i should have to ask you for a refund. NO, that's not the way it works.Yousell an inferior product made of mainly balsa wood and Elmer's glue put in a mold. THEN say I have to ASK you before I tell the general public that your products are rip off??? You did not even offer a refund after I complained if I got the money back I might have even changed it to a neutral or a positive if you showed any remorse.... But instead you give me a list of instructions...NONO
