I had no problems. Fast to respond and ship. Shipping cost good. When I opened package there was a strong smell of smoke. Item I ordered was glass so no issues with item but packaging material was very strong smelling. If one has allergies be careful. Not really an issue for me but I did put box in garage because I could smell it.
