Respectable for being upfront and honest about that. Offered a refund or the option to buy other product. I chose the refund route. Unfortunately took a few more inquiries to actually get the refund (which I had to pursue through the eBay option after the necessary time passed).. understandable but frustrating IMO

I wanted this for HAM use, so removed the LTE module and installed a 256 SSD memory. Easy/peasy! GREAT, and JUST what was wanted & needed. Thanks, muchly!!
