I purchased a chocolate pot; the seller called a pitcher. It arrived with the lid being missing. I immediately contacted the seller, and she took a couple of days to answer. Several emails were exchanged and in the beginning the seller was ok. The seller said she would look for it. Seller went out of town the next week. The whole thing went on for about a month and at that point, I sent two more emails one asking for a partial refund if the lid was not found. To date have not had a response.
