    Package arrived on time and well packaged. I did not feel that the baubles were glass as advertised. For example, one was clearly metal and others seemed to be plastic. The seller responded to my concerns promptly and offered to refund. I do feel this reflects very well on the seller who is clearly honest a efficient.

    Please accept my apologies that the item did not match up to the description and so understandably you are disappointed. It was certainly not my intention to mislead anyone and I can honestly say that I thought that they were Glass Mercury baubles. If you would like to create a request return I can organise a refund.
