Even using your auto attendant was a frustrating experience. I became so disappointed in the help I was not receiving that I just returned the item via USPS at my cost. The Tracking Number is; 9588 8710 9530 0139 6357 16. it is still my hope and expectations that at the reading of this feedback someone would do the right thing and refund my purchase.
